Thanks so much for giving back to the sport. Most would be charging people to have access to things like this. I have a deeper appreciation and a deeper understanding of why you have been a champion on every level and will continue to be. Thank You so much for leaving a good example for young volleyballers out there.
Again I say thank you

I love the fact that you have made these tools available to kids for free. I appreciate that more than you can imagine. I now know why you are a champion because its not all about the money. Thank You!

Hey Misty, You rock, you and Kerri are my role models! I went to your Boulder game and it was so cool. I got a picture with you and it is in my locker and my room. I am an outside hitter, even though I am a lefty! And I love to block, these videos are amazing. THANKS!! You did great in the olympics, I watched every volleyball game! Is your foot doing okay, I was sooooo sad to see you get hurt, you are an awesome dancer! I luv you! Hope to see you on the court someday, or in the olympics!

I just wanted to say thank-you for the video on middle hitting and blocking! After watching them, I developed great skills that have really inproved my playing. Im a freshmen at mount airy highschool and I play volleyball as a middle hitter. I was having trouble with hitting and my footwork. Now, as a sophmore, Im on varsity!!!! thanks for all the great help-it is well appreciated!

This video is a great video that anyone can learn from. Misty May does a great job explaining and geting the person to really get into the video and want to know more. The tips that come up on the side really help the athlete take that information and pursue it into the work on the court.

Before I start, I just want to say that i absolutely idolize you and Kerri! Well, I am a volleyball player and I absolutely LOVE it! I am in eighth grade, and was asked to move up to play for JV. I stupidly said no because of soccer, but it really was just nerves. Anyway, I play middle, and have a decent hit, but my big problem seems to be my approach. I mess it up a lot because i misjudge it, by going either too early or too late, even though I know when to go! Do you have any advice for me? Because I can really use it! Feel better btw! I hope to be in the olympics for beach volleyball one day just like you and Kerry! Thanks.

I Made The Volleyball Team at My School Now Im The Hitter.

I’ve been playing volleyball for almost 10 years and I’ve never hit middle before, I’ve always been the hitting power or weak. My sophomore year my coach told me I was hitting middle. I was freaked out because that’s a lot of responsablilty. Being a senior and hitting and blocking middle for two years now has helped me better my techniques. Watching this video helped me realize that I can do an even better job at getting out to the sides to help make that double block.

Hi Misty! I watch you and Kerri all the time! I noticed that you and Kerri don’t jump serve often what is the reason for that? What type of overhand do you do (float, top spin, etc.)? And how do you do it (can you explain how step by step please… the video is not working well.)? Thank you very much and bring home the gold from Beijing!
