Hi Misty! My daughter (12 years old) is a HUGE fan – your poster is on the wall in her room and you are who inspire her to play better every day! We want to come see you in Dallas on the 27th BUT she has a TOURNAMENT that exact morning!!! Can she come out in the afternoon (scheduled for older kids to adults) and just see you? (Happy to pay for entry fee even if she can’t participate) I would be so sad to know you were in town but we weren’t able to take her to see you. ~ Cathy

Very, Very Excited!! A group of 14’s coming to your clinic in Sterling tomorrow called The Pink Ladies. They had a tournament in Memphis this weekend, but had to cancel last night due to the extreme weather. They were disappointed, yet will gain so much more from your clinic. We love watching you play and appreciate this rare opportunity for our girls to be taught by the best. Thank you so much for being such a great role model for all players.

Dear Misty, I just want to thank you for being an awesome role model. You are the most down-to-earth professional athlete I have ever met. I appreciate the fact that you take the time to not just give back to a charity or start a foundation, but actually help/visit hands on with kids and adults, even if they would not have the physical capabilites to play volleyball. Your goofiness is very refreshing:] I really admire how you are yourself 100%. And I also admire how you fought back when anyone would understand if you quit, and ended up winning 2 olympic gold medals. Now, I couldn’t say any of this to you last weekend at the cincy clinic because I’m lamee….. lol. but I just wanted to say thank you to you, your dad, and christi, for coming to cincinnati (and for helping me improve my setting:]), and good luck to you and nicole this year! dream in gold! :]

Mrs. Treanor, I meet you about 2 years ago in Long Beach, Ca. You are one of the most down to earth people I’ve meet in my 56 years of life. Just a Nice person,whoh has a BIG heart. Iin a great retired from Park and Rec in Long Beach, Ca and move to Columbus, Ohio.( i know Calif to Ohio ) my wife family live in Ohio. In LBC i worked at Whaley Park next door to Long Beach State. Great kids and parents are at Whaley. Hope you would put on a clinic at the park. All the kids know who you are and they love you. I who fly to calif to help are just watch you teach the kids in the great city of long beach. are a clinic in Columbus, Ohio. BUT THE LBC IS YOU HOME COURT!!!!

You are such a HUGE role model for my daughter. She eats, drinks, lives for volleyball. She would love to watch you and Karri compete. I would love to take here somewhere she could watch the two of you. I don’t know how many years I have left with her so I want to fullfill as many of her dreams I am able to before I become to sick. You and Karrie were FANTASTIC at the olympics. It was thrilling for us. We watched you on the edge of our seats.
