Hi everyone, I hope that this finds you all doing well.  The Winter season is upon us, I keep wondering where all the time has gone.  Since finishing our season at the end of August, the time just seems to have flown by.  Kerri and I had a wonderful year, at least I think so, and we want to continue to build upon it.  We finished our come back season #2 in the World behind Brazil (Juliana/Larissa).  Not Bad!!!  After our season came to a close I was able to follow Matt and the Rangers as they made another run to the World Series.  It was exciting but I wish the outcome was different for the Rangers but as Coach Washington would say, “That the way baseball go!”  It has been a nice off season for the both of us and most recently Matt signed with the Dodgers which is great.  We will be able to finally see more of each other once both of us head off into our separate seasons.  Most of you may or may not know that in 2009 I began running volleyball clinics of my own called M2 Volleyball.  I love each and every time I get to run one and share the sport with the generation of tomorrow.  Unfortunately, I made the decision to put them on a temporary hiatus this year 2011/2012 in order to focus on training for the London Olympics.  It was a hard decision but I will be excited to start the clinics back up after the London Games.  So many of you may be asking what am I doing right now......Well, here it is.  I just got back from attending the NCAA AVCA Convention on behalf of Zamst.  I met so many amazing people but I got to do a meet and greet with some young ladies of military families.  These young players traveled from Germany and it was such a treat for me to share not only my stories, answer questions for them, and interact, but I got to surprise them with my Olympic medals and take pictures with them.  When I am not traveling, I am hard at work again preparing my self for London.  I am extremely focused and want to get my self into the best shape that I possibly can.  My workouts consist of : Weight training, Track workouts, Speed and Agility workouts, Hill runs, and technical work on the sand.  I am thirsty for another GOLD and I want to do everything I can to make that happen.  I feel so blessed with the many people that surround me in my every day life, my wonderful group of sponsors, and all my fans that are continuing to support me on this journey.  Please continue to cheer us on and look for my updates.

Dream In Gold!!!!
